Mr. Elmore limits his practice to construction and surety claims and disputes. He frequently serves as moderator, lecturer, and author on construction and surety industry topics for such diverse groups as the Carolinas Associated General Contractors (AGC), the Forum on the Construction Industry of the American Bar Association, the National Bond Claims Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, and other professional associations. He also serves as a certified arbitrator and mediator on construction disputes. Mr. Elmore is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and South Carolina Super Lawyers.  He is a Fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers.  Mr. Elmore is an "AV Preeminent" rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
