Elmore Named SC Super Lawyer

For the second consecutive year, L. Franklin “Frank” Elmore of the Greenville, SC office of Elmore & Wall, P.A. has been named by South Carolina Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in South Carolina for Construction Litigation.
